In the level 3 video you will be working on Advanced exercises like the squat sit to the floor, Roll over with prep from Rolling Like a Ball and making our hands ready and strong to hold the pelvis up for Shoulder Bridge. By the end you are ready for the Plank to work on Fletcher's Leg Pull Front prep.

Slow and Concentrated
In this level 3 video we are moving a little bit more with concentration to really fine tone exercises like: Roll over, Leg Pull, On the knees side bending and leg extension. You want to start yourself off with going back to some basic work to help push you into the advanced work.

The Oh So Fabulous 5
No messing around lets get right to it. When you are done with that workout and you just want a little bit more, this will be it. The Fabulous 5 taking the legs a little lower, and speeding it up just enough that you feel amazing after your done!
