In this level 3 video we are moving a little bit more with concentration to really fine tone exercises like: Roll over, Leg Pull, On the knees side bending and leg extension. You want to start yourself off with going back to some basic work to help push you into the advanced work.

No messing around lets get right to it. When you are done with that workout and you just want a little bit more, this will be it. The Fabulous 5 taking the legs a little lower, and speeding it up just enough that you feel amazing after your done!

Strong Arms Strong Movement
In this level 3 video you will be focusing on making sure your arms are strong and used with energy! In this class you will be using the arms to support your body with the Leg Pull, side plank, Leg Pull Front, as well as when you are in home position.

In a level two category, the video is called, twisting it out. This is the same routine with the the advanced exercises. Knowing the other video routine will help you have a better flow with this video.
