Being #3 in the line up for Joseph Pilates Mat order this is exercises is the opposite of Roll Up. This video is a bit slower paced to work on getting more back flexion (stretching) and core connection that is needed for this Advanced exercise. After class you may want your Roller to roll out all of the back stretching that occurs in this work out.
