  • A Quick Flow

    From the start to end this workout will have you flowing from one exercise to another. Challenging the the spine to flex, extend, side bend and twist. You will be surprised at how quickly this workout flows from start to end.

  • ABA

    Do you have a quick 15 min? Get those important areas of the Arms, Back and Abs! By the end the back of your torso will feel alive and supported.

  • Planks only

    Put your student hat on and learn how to build a proper plank. This video will take you through deep detail of how to build a strong and correct plank. Ever wonder why some can just seem to hold a plank forever? After doing this video, so will you!

  • Hard Core Abs

    You will start with a nice warm-up that leads into abdominal work. There isn't a section of the abdominals that won't be worked. The workout is at a nice pace that won't drain you but rather keep you moving from one exercise to the other.
