Splitting the body in half

In this unilateral free weight workout, you are challenging each side of the body on its own. Everyone has one side stronger than the other, especially those that have scoliosis. For sure in this video, you can see my imbalances when I split my body. It's best to do this in front of a mirror or with an extra eye to make sure that you're not twisting or side bending for the exercises. Stay focused on your "four points" of the body throughout this workout.
