Creating the stretch component of the Pilates method is challenging, but needs to be mastered in order to go into the advanced level. In this video, we use simple Level 2 Pilates exercises to create stretch with the mindfulness of the opposition concept. From breath to the mermaid, we are looking to expand ourselves to create the stretch our body needs.
