Grab your free weights (1- 5 pounds) and let's get those abs lit on fire. This fun quick workout starts you off standing and then takes you down to the floor to get into some rollbacks with bicep curls. The abs are then challenged into the plank, followed with some good stabilization and firing it out for the ending.
