The iliotibial band is a thick band that runs from the top of your hip (on the lateral side) all the way down to your ankle. This band gets "knotted" up when we have misalignment in our legs. When this happens our knees, our hip joints and our lower back can begin to hurt. This is a very important band to take care of. In this video you will go through a number of IT Band stretches, you can hold the ones you feel most longer and the ones that don't feel good you leave out. Take care of you!
