Can HIIT and Pilates go together? Let's find out. Although Pilates is not High intensity as far as big jumps, it can still get the heart rate up, you can do Pilates exercises as an interval and you can do it for a set amount of time. You'll run through these exercises 2x through with a 3 second break in between.
